Her talk will focus on the growing but largely invisible problem of human trafficking in the San Diego region, one of CSA’s core focus areas. With her presentation, Ms. De Los Rios will bring awareness to the challenge of assisting victims, current legislation and proposed legislation, and the possibility of justice for victims.
